Hidden menu items abound at local eateries

A person with T-Rex sized arms would have serious trouble handling Wendy's new T-Rex Burger.

Hidden menu items at fast food restaurants have always been a thing. One of the most popular items in all of fast food was originally not even on the menu. In-N-Outs Animal Style burger dates back to the 1960s, they put it on the actual menu when customers were repeatedly asking for it.  And I will be reviewing some of the most popular hidden menu items at fast food spots around.

Do not try this at home, I am a trained amateur.

Mcdonalds- Applepie Mcflurry

The Appie Pie McFlurry at Mcdonald’s is a sure way to switch things up from your go-to order

This combo of hot with cold was truly incredible. The apple pie was cooked perfectly, not too crispy at all. The apple pie could have been a little bigger as well. I could only get it into a few bits for the Mcflurry.

When I tried to order a vanilla McFlurry with the apple pie he said that I had to order them separately. It was cheap and easy to eat. 8.7/10

Shake Shake- Grilled Cheese

This was pretty underwhelming. It’s what you expect mostly, although it was good I wouldn’t get this again. I wouldn’t go to Shake Shack for a grilled cheese sandwich. It was also very expensive.

All I had to do was order a burger but remove the burger patties. Overall I would give this a 6.5/10

Wendy’s- T-Rex Burger

The sheer size of this thing was insane. It was physically not possible to eat it fully stacked. I had to ask for another bun and split it into two separate burgers. Which still had 4 patties on each.

The process was pretty straightforward to order, other than being embarrassing. I had to order a Dave’s double but I asked for 8 extra burger patties. They asked if I was being serious and I said yes. Overall I would give this burger a 7/10

Sonic- the pink lady drink

This drink is an amazing, refreshing drink to have when it’s hot out. The flavors compliment each other extremely well. If I get it again I would remove the creamer, it makes it too sugary.

All I had to do was get a sprite, with cherry syrup, vanilla syrup, and creamer to finish it off. Overall I would give this drink a 8/10
