Knights bowl over powerhouse Falcons

The boys from North Penn broke many records last year and they are starting the season right where they left off. After the perfect opening day 300 game from Lucas Francis, NP achieved a feat by recording back-to-back year victory’s over the national conference powerhouse, Pennsbury Falcons.  The Knights won 3 out of 4 points on Friday evening at Levittown Lanes in a non-league match.  Lucas Francis led the way with a 703 series followed by James Carnal (601) and Martin Grace (596).  Naman Parikh had a consistent night rolling a 524 series.  Adding to the team’s victory was Jacob Flango (158 ). Jason Bennecke filled in by substituting for Flango in the third game as he made some key marks in the win.  Brandon Coffamn was one of the high bowlers with a (587) along with Ryan Tuite (208-204), and Zachary Rodriguez (205).

The two girls from North Penn bowled well in the losing effort. Annaleigh Switzer with a high game of 189 (451) series, and Jennifer Snyder rolled a 422. Erin Morgan edged out teammate Lorelei Graffius – (463)- (462) in high series for their team. Lorelei had the high game of 183.

North Penn travels to Upper Upper Dublin and Pennsbury opens up their league verses Neshaminy.
