EARLINGTON- The Maidens  bowling team split their match Tuesday against Abington 2-2, clinching the Suburban One  Continental / American championship. Kristina Turner led the Maidens with a 490 series. The Knights won all 4 games  and are in position to win their title as well today against Pennridge. High for the Knights was freshman Colin Nast with a 249 and 664 series

Monday, February 2: vs Plymouth Whitemarsh

The Maidens  swept the Lady Colonials 4 -0 despite the great night of bowling by PW’s Francesca Schortte-Culello rolling games of 200-200-232 for a 632 series. The Maidens had a battle of who was going to have high series of the night between the two co-captains Gabby Verrillo and Lauren Marrone with Marrone edging out with a seires of 544 to 541, although Verrilo beat Marrone out with high game 236-235.Not far behind was Kristina Turner with a 509 series including a 213 game.

The Knights faced some excellent bowling by the PW Colonials in splitting their match 2-2 as PW rolled a third game total of 1059. The Knights had a big game of their own in game number two wit  a 1057 against PW’s 842. Dom Procaccino had big games of 234 and 216 for high series for his team with a 638 matching North Penn’s high series by Tyler Sharpe’s 638. PW had a 205 from Josh Pierce and a 255 -612 series from Jake Gum. North Penn had some other strong games of their own from Lucas Denton 242, Colin Nast 229, Dylan Bailey-Smith 227, Jimmy Ullman and Tyler Sharpe 247.
