The future of the business world appears to be in good hands in North Penn High School students have anything to say about it.

North Penn High School’s Future Business Leaders of America had four students selected to attend the Power Your Potential Montgomery County Women’s Conference at Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center on Thursday, March 17.

Tavita Khan, Naimisha Rachakonda, Maddi Acciavatti, and Amanda Skidmore were selected through an application process with the Penn Suburban Chamber of Commerce. Only ten students from Montgomery County were invited to attend the full-day conference. These students were able to attend presentations and workshops from some powerful women entrepreneurs, including an Emmy Award winning TV journalist, the CEO of the American Red Cross, the Dean of the School of Entrepreneurship from Drexel University, and many others.

The event concluded with a special presentation to the girls from the owner of Mark’s Jewelers.
