May 23 -field trip to St Mary’s Manor to celebrate Memorial Day- Cadets who volunteered need to turn in their permission slips from parents and teachers
May 28 —MANDATORY JRTOC EVENT –Memorial Day Cadets can sign up for Lansdale, Hatfield, or Telford. Any student who cannot participate may write a paper about Memorial Day (rubric posted on Col Zacahry’s website)
June 9 -Heroes Walk in Lansdale PA-report at 9:15am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansdale —JROTC portion concludes at 11:00 EVERYONE is encouraged to walk….They are asking for a $20 donation for those participating in the walk.
June 25-29—Summer Leadership Camp-register with the North Penn Community Education or cadets can get application from Col or Chief. Any rising 8-12th grader is welcome to attend. They do NOT need to be enrolled in the course.
The NPHS JROTC is proud of all of its cadets…together we have supported over 100 events and as of last week we had over 1600 volunteer hours for this year!
