Senior Prom is Saturday, May 13th. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to purchase tickets!

It’s finally here! The highlight of many’s high school career, and a night to remember; senior prom. This magical night is approaching quickly, and there is a lot of information you need to know to be prepared for the full experience.

On May 13th at 6:00 PM, North Penn seniors will be entering Drexelbrook (4700 Drexelbrook Drive, Drexel Hill PA 19026) for a magical night of dancing, dining, and dates. Though there are festivities and photo sessions before the big event, being on time for check in between 6:00 and 7:00 is important because getting set up for dinner requires organization on the students’ part.

You can’t really get into prom if you don’t purchase your tickets ahead of time, right? This is one of the most important things to pay attention to, as tickets are only going to be on sale for four days, April 17 through the 20. There are also very specific times during the day to purchase tickets, so decide ahead of time which works for you. You can either get your tickets from Mr. Berger’s office at 7:00-8:30 AM or 12:30-2:00 PM.

Tickets will be $85 per person or $170 per couple, and either cash or credit card will be accepted for payment. (Keep in mind there is a convenience fee for credit card payments). Though this may seem expensive for just one night, there are many things included at the venue like food, a DJ, a sundae bar, and more!

To purchase tickets, all obligations must be cleared. That includes missing textbooks, pending detentions, library books, and anything else the home office may require. Purchasing students must bring their ID and their guests ID number in order to complete the payment. Seniors ONLY will be able to purchase tickets, so if you are a Junior who’s going with a Senior, get your date on top of that!

If you happen to be bringing someone from another school district or college, you must fill out the guest form in order for them to be admitted. You must turn this into F040 BEFORE buying your tickets.

Each table at the venue will only sit 12 people (6 couples), but you need to plan your group prior to prom. In fact, the table google form is open and will only stay open until April 26th. It is crucial to get the groups together before this, because random seating may occur otherwise. Only ONE FORM PER TABLE needs to be submitted, so make sure all of the information is correct.

It is important to be on top of everything needed, so that once this special night rolls up, everyone can have a blast. For further questions, contact Mr. King or Mrs. Young.
