North Penn School District hires two new administrators

LANSDALE – The North Penn School District has hired two new members of the administrative team to join the school district for the 2022-2023 school year. Brandon J. Rhone will serve as the Coordinator of Emergency Management & Safe Schools, and Ronald D. Linke, Jr. will serve as the Assistant Director of Business Administration.

Rhone has 17 years experience as a police officer in Pennsylvania, with a focus on school safety. He retired from the force as a decorated Operations Captain. Prior to joining North Penn, Rhone served as the Director of Training for Navigate360, providing threat assessment and active shooter training solutions. He currently serves as an advisor for school safety organizations and a leader in policing and public safety initiatives. As the Coordinator of Emergency Management & Safe Schools, Rhone will be responsible for public safety solutions within the district as well as direction of safety personnel within the 18 North Penn schools. 

Linke worked with the Pottsgrove School District as their Business Administrator, managing their budget and serving as a liaison to auditors and tax collectors. He joins North Penn with over 20 years of experience in public school business administration and financial management. As the Assistant Director of Business Administration, Linke will work with the business office in budget management, tax collection, and investments of the North Penn School District.
