  • Tuesday 22nd
    • (A)Boys Varsity Cross Country will meet at Lehigh University
    • (H)There will be a Girls Varsity Soccer playoff game at 7:00pm
  • Thursday 24th
    • (H)There will be a Boys Varsity Soccer playoff game at 7:00pm
  • Friday 25th
    • (A)CoED Varsity Cross Country will meet at Lehigh University
    • (H)Varsity Football will play William Tennet at 7:00pm

Activities:

  • Monday 21st
    • Girls’ Basketball team will be holding an open gym 4:30-6:30. Anyone in grades 7-12 is welcome.
    • There will be a North Penn Music Aids meeting at 6:30pm
    • There will be a North Penn Wrestling Parents meeting at 7:00pm
  • Tuesday 22nd
    • Unified Bocce will have a meeting during Knight Time in the Aux Gym for anyone who wants to play. Use the post on classroom as your pass. If you are not a part of Google Classroom, the code is y33yvu2.
    • Boys Indoor Track will be having a Parents’ informational meeting in the Audion at 7:15pm. If you want more information you can join Google Classroom using this code: r421mms.
    • Boys’ Basketball will be holding an open gym 3:30-5:00. The open gym is offered to any 9th-12th graders looking to try out for the team.
    • National Honors Society Induction Ceremony will be held at 7:00pm
  • Wednesday 23rd
    • The Badminton Club will have a practice in the Navy gym at 2:15pm. Anyone is welcome to attend. 
    • Girls’ Basketball team will be holding an open gym from 4:30-6:30. Anyone in grades 7-12 is welcome.
    • The Chinese Cultural Club will hold its next meeting in A08 at 2:15pm. Please bring your $5 dues. 
    • Anyone interested in joining the Boys’ Basketball team should attend an informational meeting in J13 at 2:30pm.
  • Thursday 24th
    • The Chronic Illness club will meet in C108 at 2:20pm
    • Boys’ Basketball will be holding an open gym from 3:30-5:00. The open gym is offered to any 9th-12th graders looking to try out for the team.
    • The YEA Club will be holding its annual Halloween Party for children 3-8 years old. All staff are welcome to bring their kids. 

Announcements:

  • The North Penn Key Club and Mr. Reichwein will be collecting Play-Doh for St. Christopher’s Hospital. Anyone can donate and the box it outside Mrs. Law’s office.
  • Class ring orders will be accepted and measurements will be taken on Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm in the Main Lobby, as well as on Friday, October 18th during all lunches. Mr. Ferraro will be there to answer questions and assist you with your orders. All class rings ordered on these days will be delivered before winter break. Any junior or senior who would like to order a class ring can pick up paper materials in the main office.
  • It is now mandatory to register your attendance for a college visit to NPHS in Naviance at least a day prior to the visit. Emailing is not an option. Check the What’s New section of your Naviance Home Page for upcoming schools and registration tab. If you have not registered through Naviance, you cannot attend the college visit.
  • The next Ski Club meeting for those attending the January Mt. Tremblant trip is October 17th in A33 at 6:30PM. Your first payment of $260 is due at this meeting. If your payment isn’t received, you will be moved to the waiting list, and someone on the waiting list with all required documentation will be moved into your spot. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may bring your payment to school on Tuesday. Please bring your payment to the Kpod reception office. This will be the last day (October 17th) to make any changes or cancellations for this trip. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms. Rebecca via email or phone. Final payment of $180 for MT – with both copies of your valid (+3 months) passports for yourself and a parent or guardian is due November 18th. First payment of $272.50 is also due for Sunday River on November 18th.Final payment for SR of $172.50 on December 17th. Also, make sure you have noted your roommate situation for both trips. 
  • The Various Voices Club will be hosting a menstrual product drive to help menstruators living in period poverty. The club will be collecting unopened boxes of tampons and pads outside of J6 and in the girls’ gym locker room. All donations will go to the Mitzvah Circle Foundation.
