Noah Kwortnik, now attending the Illinois Institute of Technology, continues to his hard work on and off the field.

Hard work in the present is how Noah Kwortnik prepares for the future, whether it is on the field or hands on in the classroom. From North Penn all the way to Illinois Institute of Technology, Kwortnik has taken his  well earned high school accomplishments and used them as experience to achieve great things already in his first semester of his freshman year.

Confidence and experience is what Kwortnik needed on the North Penn soccer field his junior year, and that is exactly what he got.  Joining the Varsity team his junior year he started on the bench, but finished starting every game in the regular season and into playoffs. Losing in the playoffs in penalty kicks to the team that would clutch the state title, gave an unsettling feeling to Kwortnik and his teammates. Senior year he came in with his head held high and lead his team on and off the field, a mindset hungry for revenge. Going 18-5 the team placed 3rd in district one but lost in the second round of districts. Kwortnik, an advocate for his team, continued his achievements making First Team All Continental Conference and the Philadelphia Inquirer Second Team and District 1 All-Star.

Kwortnik went out to Chicago to play Division III at his dream school. Picking Illinois Institute of Technology was clear when he could study his dream major of Civil Engineering at one of the best hands on engineering program in the country and of course, to play soccer. Kwortnik went on to start every game of the regular season in center back and scoring four goals. Kwortnik and his defensive teammates shut out their competitors and put them into a great spot when they made it into the USCAA National Championships. After the USCAA tournament, Kwortnik was named 2nd Team All-American Center Back in the country.
