Presidential Candidates:

Hiba Pediyakkal

Why are you running for President?

Our school needs someone who will make people realize that we’re not going to see each other anymore, so we have to make the most out of this whole experience. We need to have fun with all of the people that we know now and may not see ever again.

Why should students vote for you?

I am very motivated towards my goals. I want senior prom to be the best we’ve ever had, and I want the Disney trip to have more people than ever.

Gabby Frost

Why are you running for President?

I feel like the senior class needs a good leader the last year, and I feel like I can bring that. I’ve been running an initiative to prevent suicide, and I have over 100,000 people with that, so I know how to handle a large amount of people really well.

Why should students vote for you?

I’m really optimistic, and I really want to get more school spirit. I’m also a good leader, and I feel like I can be the person that changes our school’s spirit around.

Joey Shibata

Why are you running for President?

I ran the past two years, but I also like planning events, such as the dances. I like helping out and providing happy memories for the students.

Why should students vote for you?

I’m experienced with the job of the President. I have many creative ideas. I’ve been to Japan and China, so this is the third country I’ve lived in. So, I have different points of view to bring into events.

Vice President Candidates:

Neil Goh

Why are you running for vice president?

I want to run because I want to be more involved in our school. Also, I like the experience of working with such a collaborative team. It was a fun experience this past year.

Why should students vote for you?

I enjoy doing everything that I do. I like working in a team, and this year it was hard planning dances, but I’ll have the experience. Also, I have good communication skills and a strong connection with our school.

Why are you running for vice president?

I want to be able to contribute my ideas to the cabinet. Senior year has a lot of different schools that we have to plan, so I think that I could get them done.

Why should students vote for you?

My leadership skills are pretty good. I am really good with people, so they can come talk to me. I have good social skills, so people can come to me with ideas.

Treasurer Candidates:

Why are you running for treasurer?

I want to add my creativity and ideas to our cabinet. I want to provide ideas that are fun for everyone.

Why should students vote for you?

I think I am the best candidate for the job and I have a lot of creatuve ideas that will be good for everyone.

Why are you running for secretary?

I have a fun time planning events for the class and making everyone’s high school experience as fun as it can be.

Why should people vote for you?

I was the secretary for the past two years, so I have the experience.
