On Line With Week 9

Week 9 brings a lot of interesting battles in the NFL. This includes a couple of huge divisional matchups between the Bills and the Jets, the Buccaneers and the Saints, as well as the Ravens and Steelers. We also have a rematch of one of the greatest Super Bowls of all time between the Giants and the Patriots. With a slate of huge games there could be some breakout performances.

Start-

Cedric Benson- After serving his one game suspension, Benson should come out with a lot of energy and fresh legs against a 27th ranked titans run defense.

Eli Manning- Eli is most likely starting already in deeper leagues, but for those with Eli on the bench he is a great start this week. He has been outstanding this season for fantasy owners and will be facing a weak Patriots pass defense. Not to mention that the Patriots do not lose two in a row very often, so the Giants should be down early and passing often to play catch up.

Mario Manningham- Manningham played a big role against the dolphins, having his first double digit fantasy game of the season. With Hakeem Nicks being questionable this week, Mario could be the number one target for Eli Manning.

Sit

Chris Johnson- It is time to give up, at least this week, he had another rough go of it last week and is up against an outstanding Cincinnati Bengals defense.

Heath Miller- Miller has been a solid start at Tight End lately but this week he has the ravens, who held him to three catches for 42 yards in week one.

Pick up

Kevin Faulk- Faulk recently came off the physically unable to perform list and the patriots have often used Faulk in the passing game. Faulk could be used as a flex player this week.
