“Revenge” is a fun, mysterious, and addicting new series that realizes when the rich get away with crime sometimes karma needs a little boost from vengeance. A summer spent at a beautiful house in the Hamptons sounds perfect, but for Emily Thorne, but there is no time for relaxing on the beach. Thorne, played by Emily Van Camp (Brothers and Sisters), has only one reason for moving in: to seek justice for her father who was framed, and nothing will stop her.

Emily (who was known as Amanda Clark) and her father David grew up in the house next to the Grayson’s, a wealthy family led by Victoria Grayson, nicknamed “Queen Victoria”, owns the social scene.  She and her husband Conrad have a lot of secrets behind their sprawling mansion. They helped to destroy Emily’s father, who trusted and loved Victoria.

In the present time, Conrad is having an affair with Victoria’s closest friend Lydia. Their son Daniel who once loved partying is ready to settle down. Emily’s childhood friend Jack has a family bar which is struggling and contrasts with the problems of the wealthy. Nolan, a rich entrepreneur knows Emily’s secret and is willing to help her with her plan.

There is sure to be suspense in every episode of this drama, filled with twists, turns, betrayals, and buried secrets bound to resurface. Emily’s father urges her to forgive in his letters, yet she cannot embrace this concept. Yet this makes for a much more interesting plot. The story line is already established with interesting characters and juicy details that will entertain viewers every Wednesday night at 10 pm on ABC.
