NEWARK, DE -It was a proud day for cadets from North Penn High School over the weekend, as the men and women in blue showed their skills in competition and brought home plenty of hardware.

The North Penn AFJROTC Unit PA-20062 cadets went to Glasgow High School on Saturday to compete at a drill competition. Cadets performed in 12 different events at a tri-state competition to display excellence, teamwork, cohesion, precision, and discipline in an effort to win trophies and display the excellence of the NPHS AFJROTC.

After competing, the cadets were awarded first place in Knockout, Armed Inspection, Armed Regulation, Academic Challenge, and Unarmed Inspection. Second place in Armed Exhibition. Third place in Unarmed Exhibition, Unarmed Dual Exhibition, and Armed Dual Exhibition. After a long day the cadets finished strong by taking 2nd place overall with a total of 10 trophies.
