EARLINGTON -Regional bowling berths were on the line on Tuesday as Suburban One League bowlers looked to roll their way into postseason competition.

Earlbowl hosted the Suburban One League Championships on Tuesday with seven teams able to enter up to seven boys and girls to compete. Teams included were Abington, Hatboro Horsham,North Penn, Pennridge, Plymouth Whitemarsh, Upper Dublin and Upper Moreland. There were scratch and handicap awards to be earned in the tournament for both boys and girls division. In all there were 43 boys and 47 girls entered.

Regional qualifiers had already been established for the top ten boys and girls who had the highest league average in the regular season for post season play. There were also four spots for both boys and girls available from today’s tournament from those not already qualified.
