The National Merit Scholarship Award recipients, including the 23 semi-finalists announced earlier this month, will be honored at a breakfast on Tuesday, October 28 at 7:25 a.m. in the North Penn High School senior cafeteria, located at 1340 Valley Forge Road in Lansdale.
